The institute strives to achieve leadership and excellence in the field of higher education and scientific research at the national and regional level in the fields of business sciences and business information systems.

Mission of the Egyptian Institute for Alexandria Academy for Management and Accounting

To provide educational and academic services with academic specifications, and community participation to prepare a distinguished graduate capable of development, innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of management, accounting, information systems and finance, to meet the needs of the local and regional labor market, and to provide scientific research to contribute to serving the community, and advancing related production and service sectors, and keeping pace with modern requirements in scientific and technological fields.

First Goal: Enhancing academic, professional, and research excellence

Objectives: The institute aims to:

  • Develop programs and curricula that enhance creativity, innovation, analysis, and the effective use of information in line with labor market needs.
  • Support student activities and provide all motivating services for them.
  • Advance scientific research to help solve problems in the surrounding environment and foster an enabling environment for that.
  • Develop the infrastructure.

Second Goal: Developing an appropriate and efficient organizational structure

Objectives: The institute aims to:

  • Define job descriptions for all positions, whether academic or administrative, at the institute.
  • Provide effective systems for the selection, appointment, and performance evaluation of staff and faculty members.
  • Develop human resources by all means to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide a motivating and effective environment that ensures the satisfaction of faculty and administrative staff.
